POLICIES – THERE IS A $200.00 SECURITY/CLEANING FEE ON ALL RENTALS – Refundable if everything is left clean and undamaged – No Smoking in cottage. We do not supply linens – you are responsible to furnish these (sheets/towels) yourself – Please do not clean fish in the cottage – areas are provided for this specific purpose and we ask that you please use them. Parking Capacity of your rental cannot exceed the number of bedrooms in the property. A 2 bedroom cottage will accommodate 2 vehicles, a 4 bedroom will accommodate 4 vehicles. Parking spaces must be enforced. Our parking is very limited.
Televisions/air conditioners/major appliances – we cannot guarantee repair or replacement should there be a malfunction during your stay. No refund or reduction will be issued for any mechanical failure. We will make every effort to take care of the problem as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY – No refund will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the cancelled period cannot be re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the cancelled period is re-rented, the monies already paid will be refunded minus 10% of total rental. There are no refunds for inclement weather, including hurricanes, we strongly encourage you to check into – Trip Interruption/Hurricane insurance – prior to your vacation.
