||Half of total rental is required as deposit at time of reservation. Balance is due prior to, or, at check in. If paying at check in, you must pay by cash, money order or cashiers check. No personal checks or credit cards accepted at check in. There is a 12.75% combined state and local tax on all rentals. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making reservations or it will be automatically cancelled.$100 security deposit is required and will be added to your rental at check in to allow us to recover some of the expenses incurred from obvious or malicious neglect or from additional cleaning required after vacating. Rental will be inspected after checkout and deposit will be refunded (minus any deductions) within 30 days from departure.|
|All rentals rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer (in season). During the off/pre/post season – weekly and nightly rentals are available (we do have a three night minimum).CHECK IN TIME – 2:00 pm
CHECK OUT TIME – (prior to) 10:00 am. If your arrival time will be after 2:00 pm, you should contact us to arrange for key pickup.When checking out, please make sure all garbage is taken to the dumpster; windows are closed; AC/Heat turned off; dishes washed; rental cleaned and presentable for the next guest. If any repairs are needed, please notify the manager. Failure to comply with these requests may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.LINEN SERVICE – linens are not provided with your rental. If you are interested in renting linens, you must let us know prior to your arrival so we can get this information to you. We arrange for linens at a rate of $100.00 for a 4 bedroom; $70.00 for a 2 bedroom rental weekly. You should provide your own toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies.
